san francisco police have released more information on an officer involved shooting in the marina district over the weekend. police chief greg suhr said 19-year-old rommel narvaez was armed with a gun that

was firing blanks and had just tried to rob people of cellphones after soliciting to buy them on craigslist. navaez was hid in bushes after the victim's sister called the police after the attempted robbery. officers ordered him to come out.and when he did not comply and showed his
